The present invention relates to a construction method which increases a height of a wooden apartment. To this end, the construction method forms a concrete structure layer and constructs a wooden building therein. The construction method constructs the saving type eco-friendly apartment by installing ventilation devices, equipment facilities and rainwater storage tanks in the concrete structure layer.
