MAINTAIN DISTANCE DEVICE INCLUDING ONE-TOUCH BOLT
The present invention relates to an interval maintaining apparatus including a one-touch bolt. The interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt of the present invention maintains an interval between first and second molds in which a plurality of joist materials and yoke materials are coupled to outer side surfaces, respectively, which stand by being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and into which concrete is placed. The interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt includes: a form tier which is provided in a bar shape, in which a first screw part having a screw thread is formed at one end portion and a second screw part having a screw thread is formed at the other end portion, and of which one end portion is arranged on a first penetrating hole side formed on the first mold and the other end portion is arranged on a second penetrating hole side formed on the second mold; a first one-touch bolt penetrating into a first insertion hole formed on a first yoke material of the first mold and a first penetrating hole formed on the first mold to be screw-fastened to the first screw part of the form tier; a first clamp which surrounds the first yoke material and is inserted and coupled into a first one-touch bolt, and of which one end portion and the other end portion are hooked into one surface of the first yoke material so that the first one-touch bolt is fixed to the first yoke material; a second one-touch bolt; and a second clamp. Accordingly, the interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt can uncouple the clamps hooked into the yoke materials in a one-touch manner to uncouple the one-touch bolts and the clamps during a separation operation after concrete is placed between the first and second molds, thereby easily performing the separation operation.
본 발명은 원터치볼트를 포함하는 간격유지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 원터치볼트를 포함하는 간격유지장치는 외측면에 다수의 장선재와 멍에재가 각각 결합되며 상호 간에 일정 간격을 두고 세워지며 사이에 콘크리트가 타설되는 제1,2거푸집의 간격을 유지하는 간격유지장치로, 바형상으로 마련되고, 일단부에 나사산이 형성된 제1나사부가 형성되며, 타단부에 나사산이 형성된 제2나사부가 형성되고, 일단부가 제1거푸집에 형성된 제1관통홀 측에 배치되며, 타단부가 제2거푸집에 형성된 제2관통홀 측에 배치되는 긴결재; 제1거푸집의 제1멍에재에 형성된 제1삽입홀과 제1거푸집에 형성된 제1관통홀을 관통하여 긴결재의 제1나사부에 나사체결되는 제1원터치볼트; 제1멍에재를 감싸며, 제1원터치볼트와 끼움결합되고, 일단부 및 타단부가 제1멍에재의 일면에 걸려 제1원터치볼트를 제1멍에재에 고정시키는 제1고정쇠; 제2원터치볼트; 및 제2고정쇠;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 제1,2거푸집사이에 콘크리트 타설 후 분리작업시, 멍에재에 걸린 고정쇠를 원터치로 해제하여 원터치볼트와 고정쇠의 끼움결합을 해제할 수 있어, 분리작업이 용이하게 이루어 질 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an interval maintaining apparatus including a one-touch bolt. The interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt of the present invention maintains an interval between first and second molds in which a plurality of joist materials and yoke materials are coupled to outer side surfaces, respectively, which stand by being spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and into which concrete is placed. The interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt includes: a form tier which is provided in a bar shape, in which a first screw part having a screw thread is formed at one end portion and a second screw part having a screw thread is formed at the other end portion, and of which one end portion is arranged on a first penetrating hole side formed on the first mold and the other end portion is arranged on a second penetrating hole side formed on the second mold; a first one-touch bolt penetrating into a first insertion hole formed on a first yoke material of the first mold and a first penetrating hole formed on the first mold to be screw-fastened to the first screw part of the form tier; a first clamp which surrounds the first yoke material and is inserted and coupled into a first one-touch bolt, and of which one end portion and the other end portion are hooked into one surface of the first yoke material so that the first one-touch bolt is fixed to the first yoke material; a second one-touch bolt; and a second clamp. Accordingly, the interval maintaining apparatus including the one-touch bolt can uncouple the clamps hooked into the yoke materials in a one-touch manner to uncouple the one-touch bolts and the clamps during a separation operation after concrete is placed between the first and second molds, thereby easily performing the separation operation.
본 발명은 원터치볼트를 포함하는 간격유지장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 원터치볼트를 포함하는 간격유지장치는 외측면에 다수의 장선재와 멍에재가 각각 결합되며 상호 간에 일정 간격을 두고 세워지며 사이에 콘크리트가 타설되는 제1,2거푸집의 간격을 유지하는 간격유지장치로, 바형상으로 마련되고, 일단부에 나사산이 형성된 제1나사부가 형성되며, 타단부에 나사산이 형성된 제2나사부가 형성되고, 일단부가 제1거푸집에 형성된 제1관통홀 측에 배치되며, 타단부가 제2거푸집에 형성된 제2관통홀 측에 배치되는 긴결재; 제1거푸집의 제1멍에재에 형성된 제1삽입홀과 제1거푸집에 형성된 제1관통홀을 관통하여 긴결재의 제1나사부에 나사체결되는 제1원터치볼트; 제1멍에재를 감싸며, 제1원터치볼트와 끼움결합되고, 일단부 및 타단부가 제1멍에재의 일면에 걸려 제1원터치볼트를 제1멍에재에 고정시키는 제1고정쇠; 제2원터치볼트; 및 제2고정쇠;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 제1,2거푸집사이에 콘크리트 타설 후 분리작업시, 멍에재에 걸린 고정쇠를 원터치로 해제하여 원터치볼트와 고정쇠의 끼움결합을 해제할 수 있어, 분리작업이 용이하게 이루어 질 수 있다.
