PREFABRICATED PRECAST PIER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a prefabricated precast pier, which includes: a plurality of piles (100) installed upward from the ground; a plurality of copings (300) coupled to upper end portions of the piles (100); and a plurality of slabs (400) of which both end portions in a first direction are mounted on upper surfaces of the two copings (300) arranged to be spaced apart from each other. The prefabricated precast pier allows the other end portion of both end portions in the first direction of the slabs (400) to be assembled and coupled to one end portion of the slabs (400) adjacent thereto. Therefore, the prefabricated precast pier can be formed in a minimum simple structure without separate connecting members or support members, thereby reducing a manufacturing cost and a construction cost of the pier and shortening a construction period.
본 발명은 지면으로부터 상방으로 설치되는 복수 개의 파일(100); 상기 파일(100)의 상단부와 결합되는 복수 개의 코핑(300); 및 이격되어 배치된 두 개의 상기 코핑(300)의 상면에 제1방향의 양쪽 단부가 거치되는 복수 개의 슬래브(400)를 포함하는, 조립식 프리캐스트 잔교를 제공한다. 상기 슬래브(400)의 제1방향의 양쪽 단부 중에서 타단부는 이와 이웃하는 슬래브(400)의 일단부와 조립결합된다. 이에, 별도의 연결부재 또는 지지부재 없이 최소한의 단순한 구성으로 잔교를 만들 수 있으므로, 잔교의 제조비용 및 공사비용을 절감할 수 있고 공사기간을 단축할 수 있다.
