BEAM HAVING REINFORCED STEEL NET STRUCTURE WITH FRAME
The present invention relates to a beam structure of a reinforcement cage structure with a monolithically formed frame, and more specifically, to a beam structure of a reinforcement cage structure with a monolithically formed frame, wherein a reinforcement cage of a particular structure, which is provided to construct a beam in a reinforced concrete building, is monolithically formed with a frame providing a mold function such that a reinforced concrete beam may be formed without having to undergo an additional disassembly process. To this end, the beam structure of a reinforcement cage structure with a monolithically formed frame according to the present invention comprises: a frame with a predetermined length, which has each side plate monolithically bent to both sides of a lower plate such that the cross section thereof may have the shape of ┗┛; and a reinforcement cage having a shape in which a hoop surrounds along the circumference of a plurality of main bars which are aligned to be formed in parallel with each other, in order to be fixed while being built in the frame.
본 발명은 프레임이 일체로 형성된 철근망 구조를 갖는 보 구조물에 관한 것으로, 철근 콘크리트 건축물에서 보를 구축하기 위한 특정 구조의 철근망을 거푸집 기능을 갖는 프레임과 일체로 형성하여 별도의 해체작업 없이 철근 콘크리트 보를 형성할 수 있도록 한 프레임이 일체로 형성된 철근망 구조를 갖는 보 구조물을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 프레임이 일체로 형성된 철근망 구조를 갖는 보 구조물은, 그 단면이 "┗┛" 형상을 갖도록 하판의 양측으로 각각 측판이 일체로 절곡 형성된 일정 길이를 갖는 프레임 및; 다수 개가 평행을 이루도록 배열 형성된 주근의 둘레를 따라 후프가 감싸여진 형태로 이루어져, 상기 프레임 내에 내장된 상태로 고정되는 철근망;을 포함하여 구성된다.
