FRAME AND REINFORCED STEEL NET INTEGRATED BEAM STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a beam structure with an integrated frame and reinforcing steel net. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a beam structure with an integrated frame and reinforcing steel net, which allows a reinforced concrete beam to be constructed without separate formwork dismantling work by embedding, in a frame with a molding function, a reinforcing steel net having a specific structure and for building a beam in a reinforced concrete building and forming the same as one body. To this end, the beam structure with an integrated frame and reinforcing steel net comprises: a frame having a predetermined length, and having side plates formed to be respectively and integrally bent to both sides of a bottom plate so that the cross section thereof has a left rotated ㄷ-shape; and a reinforcing steel net having hoops wound around a plurality of main reinforcing bars arranged in parallel, and fixed while being embedded in the frame. While a plurality of reinforcing bar fixing bars are arranged in parallel on the inner surfaces of the frame in a longitudinal direction, the reinforcing steel net is fixed and installed by the reinforcing bar fixing bars to be distanced from the inner surfaces of the frame by a predetermined interval.
본 발명은 프레임 및 철근망 일체형 보 구조물에 관한 것으로, 철근 콘크리트 건축물에서 보를 구축하기 위한 특정 구조의 철근망을 거푸집 기능을 갖는 프레임에 내장하여 일체로 형성함에 따라 별도의 거푸집 해체작업 없이 철근 콘크리트 보를 시공할 수 있도록 한 프레임 및 철근망 일체형 보 구조물을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 프레임 및 철근망 일체형 보 구조물은, 그 단면이 "┗┛" 형상을 이루도록 하판의 양측으로 각각 측판이 일체로 절곡 형성된 일정 길이를 갖는 프레임 및; 다수 개가 평행을 이루도록 배열 형성된 주근의 둘레를 따라 후프가 감싸여진 형태로 이루어져, 상기 프레임 내에 내장된 상태로 고정되는 철근망을 포함하여 구성되되; 상기 프레임의 내면에는 다수 개의 철근고정바가 길이방향을 따라 평행을 이루도록 배열 형성된 상태에서, 상기 철근망은 상기 철근고정바를 매개로 고정 설치되어, 상기 프레임 내면과 일정 간격 이격된 상태를 유지하도록 구성된다.
