ROLLING GUARD BARRIER AND MENUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rolling guard barrier and a rolling guard barrier and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a rolling guard barrier and a rolling guard barrier which can absorb an impact during a vehicle collision and guide a collision vehicle in a forward direction of a road to prevent large accidents. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a rolling guard barrier comprises: 1) a step of manufacturing posts; 2) a step of manufacturing a rail plate fastened to the posts; 3) a step of manufacturing rotary rollers of which the centers are penetrated by the posts; 4) a step of installing the posts on the ground at prescribed intervals; 5) a step of coupling the rail plate to lower portions of the front and rear sides of the posts to form lower rails; 6) a step of vertically stacking and mounting two of the rotary rollers to be supported on the pair of lower rails; and 7) a step of coupling the rail plates to upper portions of the front and rear sides of the posts to form upper rails.
본 발명은 롤링 가드 베리어 제조방법 및 롤링 가드 베리어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차량 충돌시 충격을 흡수하고, 충돌 차량을 도로의 진행방향으로 유도하여 대형사고를 방지할 수 있는 롤링 가드 베리어 제조방법 및 롤링 가드 베리어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 롤링 가드 베리어 제조방법은 1) 지주를 제조하는 단계; 2) 상기 지주와 체결되는 레일판을 제조하는 단계; 3) 중심이 상기 지주에 관통되는 회전롤러를 제조하는 단계; 4) 상기 지주를 지면에 소정간격으로 설치하는 단계; 5) 상기 지주의 전측과 후측 하부에 각각 상기 레일판을 결합하여 하부레일을 형성하는 단계; 6) 상기 한 쌍의 하부레일에 지지되도록 상기 회전롤러 2개를 상하로 적층하여 장착하는 단계; 및 7) 상기 지주의 전측과 후측 상부에 각각 상기 레일판을 결합하여 상부레일을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
