Smart inner wall material system with internet of things fuctions
The present invention relates to a method wherein in order to solve issues such as being unable to identify situations in a poor reality of a building, in real time, due to a lack of lighting environments, fine dust in the building and the like, an Internet of Things function is added to a building inner wall material which must be provided for a building environment to identify environment information in real time, transmit the collected building inside environment information to a server in real time, and analyze the information such that necessary measures optimized for the building are zonally processed on a central control basis in accordance with the analyzed information and the measures are taken, and a system thereof. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method wherein a server collects building inside environment information and analyzes and processes the same for optimizing a building environment and provides necessary information to service users and building managers, and a system thereof. The system includes an inner wall material sensing part integrated with an inner wall material of a building; an inner wall material transmission part transmitting information collected from the inner wall material sensing part to a server; and a server information collection part collecting the information from the inner wall material sensing part.
본 발명은 빌딩 내의 미세먼지, 조명환경 등이 미비하여 빌딩에 열악한 현실에 있는 상황을 실시간적으로 파악하지 못하는 등의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 빌딩환경에서 반드시 구비되어야 하는 빌딩 내벽소재에 사물 인터넷 기능을 구비하여 환경의 정보를 실시간적으로 파악하고 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보 서버에 실시간적으로 전송하여 분석하여 분석된 정보에 맞추어 빌딩에 최적화된 필요한 조치를 중앙 관제 방식으로 구역 별로 처리하고 조치를 취하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보를 서버가 수집하여 이를 분석, 가공하여 빌딩환경을 최적화하고 서비스 이용자 또는 빌딩 관리자들에게 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 빌딩 내의 미세먼지, 조명환경 등이 미비하여 빌딩에 열악한 현실에 있는 상황을 실시간적으로 파악하지 못하는 등의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 빌딩환경에서 반드시 구비되어야 하는 빌딩 내벽소재에 사물 인터넷 기능을 구비하여 환경의 정보를 실시간적으로 파악하고 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보 서버에 실시간적으로 전송하여 분석하여 분석된 정보에 맞추어 빌딩에 최적화된 필요한 조치를 중앙 관제 방식으로 구역 별로 처리하고 조치를 취하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보를 서버가 수집하여 이를 분석, 가공하여 빌딩환경을 최적화하고 서비스 이용자 또는 빌딩 관리자들에게 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
