The present invention relates to a method and a system, which provide an IoT function on a building outer wall material, which has to be provided in a building environment, to grasp environmental information in real time, transmit the collected environmental information to an environmental information server within a building in real time to analyze the information, and process and provide necessary measures, optimized for the building according to the analyzed information, for each zone in a central control manner in order to solve problems such as inability to grasp real-time situations in a poor building environment due to insufficient lighting environments and fine dust in the building. In addition, the present invention relates to the method and the system for optimizing the building environment by collecting, analyzing and processing the collected environmental information in the building by the server, and providing necessary information to service users and building managers. The system includes: an outer wall material sensing part; an outer wall material transmission part; a server information collection part; a server analysis part; a server remote control information transmission part; an outer wall material receiving part; an outer wall material control part; an application communication part; a server control part; a client application transceiving part; and an application display part.
본 발명은 빌딩 내의 미세먼지, 조명환경 등이 미비하여 빌딩에 열악한 현실에 있는 상황을 실시간적으로 파악하지 못하는 등의 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 빌딩환경에서 반드시 구비되어야 하는 빌딩 외벽소재에 사물 인터넷 기능을 구비하여 환경의 정보를 실시간적으로 파악하고 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보 서버에 실시간적으로 전송하여 분석하여 분석된 정보에 맞추어 빌딩에 최적화된 필요한 조치를 중앙 관제 방식으로 구역 별로 처리하고 조치를 취하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 수집된 빌딩 내의 환경 정보를 서버가 수집하여 이를 분석, 가공하여 빌딩환경을 최적화하고 서비스 이용자 또는 빌딩 관리자들에게 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
