Food waste structure of food waste disposal device
The present invention relates to a food waste processor installed at the bottom of a sink to process food waste by pulverization, compression discharge, and natural drying. The food waste processor comprises: a pulverization part for pulverizing input food waste; a discharge device for removing moisture while compressing and moving forward the food waste pulverized through the pulverization part; a driving part for driving the pulverization part and the discharge device; a collection box for collecting the discharged food waste from which moisture is removed by the discharge device; and a drying part for drying the food waste collected in the collection box by natural wind. The discharge device comprises: a screw installed to be interlocked with the driving part to remove moisture by compressing and discharging the pulverized food waste forward; an inner case surrounding the screw; a discharge pipe having a discharge hole to discharge the food waste from which moisture is removed in front of the inner case; and an assembly cover for assembling and maintaining the inner case and the discharge pipe. Therefore, the food waste can be processed cleanly.
본 발명은 싱크대의 하단에 설치되어 음식물을 분쇄 및 압축 배출, 자연건조에 의해 처리하는 것으로, 투입되는 음식물을 분쇄하는 분쇄부와, 상기 분쇄부를 통해 분쇄된 음식물을 전방으로 압축 이동시키면서 수분을 제거하는 배출장치와, 분쇄부 및 배출장치를 구동하는 구동부와, 상기 배출장치에 의해 수분이 제거되어 배출되는 음식물을 수거하는 수거함및 자연풍에 의해 수거함에 수거된 음식물을 건조하는 건조부로 이루어지되; 상기 배출장치는 구동부와 연동되게 설치되어 분쇄된 음식물을 전방으로 압축배출시켜 수분을 제거하는 스크류가 구비되고, 상기 스크류를 감싸는 내부케이스가 구비되며, 상기 내부케이스의 전방으로는 수분이 제거된 음식물 찌꺼기가 배출되도록 배출공을 갖는 배출관이 구비되며, 상기 내부케이스 및 배출관을 조립유지하는 조립커버로 이루어진 음식물 처리기를 제공함으로써 음식물을 깔끔하게 처리할 수 있도록 한 것에 특징이 있다.
