A Building Equipped with A Drone Parking Lot
The present invention relates to a building including a drone parking lot. The present invention relates to every type of building including residential buildings and buildings for public institutions and, more specifically, to a building including a drone parking lot, capable of enabling a user to directly get on a drone and take off without going down to the ground by installing a drone parking lot on a side wall of a high-rise residential building, and enabling the user to enter the building directly after landing on the drone parking lot on the high-rise position when coming back home. In general, due to high prices of real estate properties in modern cities caused by dense residential spaces, solving all social issues such as traffic congestion only with housing policies is not possible. Therefore, if residential and public buildings including drone parking lots are installed and drones, which are aerial vehicles, are used for commuting and working, time for commuting can be shorter, and time for going to ground parking lots can be reduced, and thus, if drones are used during the time for moving to a destination, people can have communal living such as working in the center of a city while residing in areas away from the center of the city, thereby solving serious issues about a shortage of houses and traffic congestion in a big city. Moreover, since the present invention can protect the privacy and personal details of visitors, the present invention must be considered a necessary invention.
본 발명은 드론 주차장이 구비된 빌딩에 관한 것으로서, 주거용 빌딩과 공공기관용 빌딩을 포함한 모든 건축물에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는, 고층에 주거하고 있는 주택의 측벽에 드론의 주차장을 설치하여 지면으로 이동하지 않고도 바로 드론에 탑승하여 이륙을 하고, 집으로 되돌아 올 때에는 고층의 드론 주차장에 하차하여 실내로 바로 출입이 가능한 드론 주차장이 구비된 빌딩에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 현대의 도시는 주거공간이 밀집되어 부동산의 가격이 높아 주택정책으로만 교통난등의 모든 사회적 문제를 해결하지 못한다. 따라서 , 드론의 주차장이 구비된 공공빌딩과 주거용 빌딩을 설치하고, 공중이동 수단인 드론으로 출퇴근 및 업무 생활을 실행한다면, 출퇴근을 하는 시간이 짧아지고, 지면에 주차장으로 가는 시간도 줄여서 목적지로 이동하는 시간에 사용하면, 도심에서 주거하지 않고, 도심을 벗어난 곳에서 주거하면서도 도심에서 회사생활 등의 집단생활이 가능하므로, 대도시의 심각한 주택난과 교통난을 해소할 수 있다. 또한, 방문자의 신상보호와 사생활을 보호할 수 있으므로 반드시 필요한 발명이다.
