Insulation frame for doors with improved insulation and durability
The present invention relates to a door insulation frame with improved insulation performance and durability. The door insulation frame with improved insulation performance and durability includes: a frame part; a pair of first insulation panels installed on one side of the frame part to be opposed to each other at a predetermined distance; a second insulation panel installed in a space between a pair of the first insulation panels, and placed vertically to the first insulation panels to have both sides individually supported by one side of a pair of the first insulation panels; and a porous structure filling the space between a pair of the first insulation panels. According to the present invention, the space between a pair of the first insulation panels is filled with the porous structure, and also, the second insulation panel is installed in a vertical direction to the first insulation panels. Therefore, the present invention can have an effect of maximizing insulation performance as well as considerably improving durability by supporting the first insulation panels with the porous structure and the second insulation panel.
본 발명은 단열성능 및 내구성이 향상된 도어용 단열프레임에 관한 것으로서, 프레임부와, 상기 프레임부 일측에 일정한 간격을 두고 서로 대향되게 설치되는 한 쌍의 제1 단열패널과, 상기 한 쌍의 제1 단열패널 사이공간에 설치되되, 상기 제1 단열패널에 수직하게 배치되어 양측부가 상기 한 쌍의 제1 단열패널 일측이 각각 지지되는 제2 단열패널 및 상기 한 쌍의 제1 단열패널 사이공간에 충진되는 다공질 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열성능 및 내구성이 향상된 도어용 단열프레임을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 한 쌍의 제1 단열패널 사이공간에 다공질 구조체를 충진함과 아울러 제2 단열패널을 제1 단열패널의 수직방향으로 설치함으로써 단열성능을 극대화시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 제1 단열패널을 다공질 구조체 및 제2 단열패널로 지지하여 내구성 또한 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
