The present invention is an alginic acid latex precast concrete composition which introduces alginic acid to compensate for problems such as an increase in cost, difficulty in material supply, and deterioration in workability due to the use of latex, and further improves fluidity and economy by using fly ash. The present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of cement, 400 to 500 parts by weight of aggregate, 3 to 15 parts by weight of latex, 0.1 to 0.8 parts by weight of alginic acid, and an admixture comprising fly ash.
본 발명은 라텍스를 사용하는 데에 따르는 단가 상승, 재료 수급의 어려움, 시공성 저하 등의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 알긴산을 도입하고, 나아가 플라이 애쉬를 이용하여 유동성 및 경제성을 향상시킨 알긴산 라텍스 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 시멘트 100 중량부, 그리고 골재 400 ~ 500 중량부, 그리고 라텍스 3 ~ 15 중량부, 그리고 알긴산 0.1 ~ 0.8 중량부, 그리고 플라이 애쉬를 포함하는 혼화제를 포함하여 구성된다.
