Valve room for adjusting the position of the equipment entrance
The present invention relates to a valve room capable of adjusting the position of an equipment carrying hole. The valve room capable of adjusting the position of an equipment carrying hole comprises: a body having an internal space in which a valve facility and a valve are installed, and having a long hole formed in an upper portion thereof in a front-rear direction; rails installed on the side of the long hole formed in the upper portion of the body; a lower plate having wheels provided on both sides thereof, moving upward of the valve facility on the rails, and having a first hollow vertically penetrating therethrough; an upper plate having a second hollow communicating with the first hollow; the equipment carrying hole installed on an upper end of the upper plate, provided in a tubular shape, having an equipment carrying hole formed therein to communicate with the second hollow of the upper plate, and having a manhole in an upper portion thereof; and a plurality of covers seated on the rails to cover the remaining portion of the long hole of the body excluding portions thereof where the lower plate and the upper plate are disposed, and fastened to the body. Therefore, it is possible to connect an existing valve facility to a crane and carry the same out through the equipment carrying hole and connect a repaired valve facility to the crane and carry the same in through the equipment carrying hole and install the same, thereby facilitating easier repair of the valve facility.
본 발명은 장비반입구의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 철제변실에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장비반입구의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 철제변실은 내부에 밸브시설물과 밸브가 설치되는 내부공간이 형성되고, 상부에 전후방향으로 장공이 형성된 본체; 상기 본체의 상부에 형성된 장공 측에 설치되는 레일; 양측부에 바퀴가 마련되어, 상기 레일 상에서 상기 밸브시설물의 상측으로 이동되고, 상하로 관통되는 제1중공이 형성된 하판; 상기 제1중공과 연통되는 제2중공이 형성된 상판; 상기 상판의 상단에 설치되고, 관 형상으로 마련되며 내부에 상기 상판의 제2중공과 연통되는 장비반입홀이 형성되고, 상부에 맨홀이 마련된 장비반입구; 및 상기 레일 상에 안착되어 상기 본체의 장공 중 상기 하판 및 상판이 배치된 부분 이외의 나머지 부분을 덮으며, 상기 본체에 체결되는 복수개의 덮개;를 포함한다. 따라서, 크레인에 기존의 밸브시설물을 연결하여 장비반입구를 통해 반출하고, 크레인에 보수된 밸브시설물을 연결하여 장비반입구를 통해 본체 내부에 반입하여 설치할 수 있으므로, 밸브시설물의 보수작업이 용이하게 이루어 질 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a valve room capable of adjusting the position of an equipment carrying hole. The valve room capable of adjusting the position of an equipment carrying hole comprises: a body having an internal space in which a valve facility and a valve are installed, and having a long hole formed in an upper portion thereof in a front-rear direction; rails installed on the side of the long hole formed in the upper portion of the body; a lower plate having wheels provided on both sides thereof, moving upward of the valve facility on the rails, and having a first hollow vertically penetrating therethrough; an upper plate having a second hollow communicating with the first hollow; the equipment carrying hole installed on an upper end of the upper plate, provided in a tubular shape, having an equipment carrying hole formed therein to communicate with the second hollow of the upper plate, and having a manhole in an upper portion thereof; and a plurality of covers seated on the rails to cover the remaining portion of the long hole of the body excluding portions thereof where the lower plate and the upper plate are disposed, and fastened to the body. Therefore, it is possible to connect an existing valve facility to a crane and carry the same out through the equipment carrying hole and connect a repaired valve facility to the crane and carry the same in through the equipment carrying hole and install the same, thereby facilitating easier repair of the valve facility.
본 발명은 장비반입구의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 철제변실에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장비반입구의 위치를 조정할 수 있는 철제변실은 내부에 밸브시설물과 밸브가 설치되는 내부공간이 형성되고, 상부에 전후방향으로 장공이 형성된 본체; 상기 본체의 상부에 형성된 장공 측에 설치되는 레일; 양측부에 바퀴가 마련되어, 상기 레일 상에서 상기 밸브시설물의 상측으로 이동되고, 상하로 관통되는 제1중공이 형성된 하판; 상기 제1중공과 연통되는 제2중공이 형성된 상판; 상기 상판의 상단에 설치되고, 관 형상으로 마련되며 내부에 상기 상판의 제2중공과 연통되는 장비반입홀이 형성되고, 상부에 맨홀이 마련된 장비반입구; 및 상기 레일 상에 안착되어 상기 본체의 장공 중 상기 하판 및 상판이 배치된 부분 이외의 나머지 부분을 덮으며, 상기 본체에 체결되는 복수개의 덮개;를 포함한다. 따라서, 크레인에 기존의 밸브시설물을 연결하여 장비반입구를 통해 반출하고, 크레인에 보수된 밸브시설물을 연결하여 장비반입구를 통해 본체 내부에 반입하여 설치할 수 있으므로, 밸브시설물의 보수작업이 용이하게 이루어 질 수 있다.
