PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make permissible, in a situation in which a plurality of users permitted to enter or leave a plurality of rooms in a guard time zone, entrance into a common room or rooms if two or more persons out of the working users are in any other room or rooms and nobody is in the common room or rooms.SOLUTION: A center device 10 specifies an unoccupied room or rooms in which no user is present for a preset or longer period on the basis of room-by-room occupancy information putting together ID information on any user present in each room in a guard time zone, determines on the basis of the room-by-room occupancy information whether or not two or more persons authorized to use a specified unoccupied room or rooms are present in any other room or rooms than the unoccupied room or rooms and, if two or more persons authorized to use a specified unoccupied room or rooms are not present in any other room or rooms, the setting of guard for the unoccupied room or rooms is altered to one of unmanned guard, according to which door unlocking is prohibited irrespective of consistency or inconsistency of the setting for the unoccupied room or rooms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】警備時間帯に、複数の部屋への入退室が許可された複数の利用者が作業をしている状況で、作業をしている利用者のうち２人以上が、共通部屋以外に在室し、共通部屋が無人状態であった場合には、セキュリティを保ちつつ、共通部屋への入室を可能とする。【解決手段】センタ装置１０は、警備時間帯においては、部屋別に在室中の利用者のＩＤ情報をまとめた部屋別在室情報に基づいて、予め設定された一定時間以上、利用者が居ない無人状態部屋を特定し、特定した無人状態部屋の利用権限を有する利用者が、無人状態部屋以外の他の部屋に２人以上在席しているか否かを、部屋別在室情報に基づいて判定し、無人状態部屋の利用権限を有する利用者が、他の部屋に２人以上在席していない場合には、無人状態部屋の設定を、ＩＤ情報の認証結果の一致・不一致にかかわらず扉の解錠を禁止する無人警備モードに変更する。【選択図】図１
