The present invention relates to a temperature control faucet. An objective of the present invention is to measure the temperature of water by a temperature sensor, and block the flow of water in accordance with the temperature by an outlet cap to resolve a problem of the risk of a burn or the like due to a severe temperature change when moving a handle to a side to resolve a conventional problem of the risk of a burn or the like due to a severe temperature change when moving a handle to a side. According to the present invention, the faucet comprises: a handle formed to be moved in all directions to control temperature and control flow velocity; an outlet directed towards a washbasin to release water; a temperature sensor attached inside the outlet to measure the temperature of water; and an outlet cap installed on an entrance for discharging water to block the flow of water in accordance with the temperature.
