The present invention relates to a screw rod with a spiral band wound with a width of 300 mm and a length of 600 mm along a slope of a screw on the outer circumference of the screw, the screw which is formed with a pitch of 300 mm on the outer circumference of the screw rod; a grouting device having the same; and a ground improvement body formed on the ground thereby. Therefore, slime can be easily discharged through a path.
본 고안은 자신의 외주에 형성된 300mm 피치의 스크류 외주에 상기 스크류의 경사를 따라 300mm 폭 및 600mm 길이로 감겨진 스파이럴 밴드가 장착된 스크류 롯드, 이가 구비된 그라우팅장치, 이에 의하여 지반에 형성된 지반개량체인 것을 특징으로 한다.
