The present invention comprises: a first injection pipe provided with a plurality of branch pipes to inject one or more from a grout material and a mixture; a second injection pipe forming a coupling hole unit into which the first injection pipe inserted to form a plurality of flow paths and installing a supply pipe to supply the grout material or the mixture to one of the flow paths; a blocking unit blocking or opening a gap between a discharge hole of the second injection pipe and the first injection pipe; and a lifting and lowering unit opening or closing the blocking unit by lifting or lowering the first injection pipe. The present invention controls opening and closing operations of the second injection pipe while lifting and lowering the first injection pipe to mix and inject selectively cement mortar or an accelerating material supplied via the first injection pipe and a finishing material supplied via the second injection pipe.
