Water tank applied with forest fire extinguishing system to prevent wildfire spread
The present invention relates to a water tank to which a forest fire extinguishing system for preventing the spread of forest fires is applied. More particularly, the present invention relates to a water tank by providing a forest fire extinguishing system to extinguish a forest fire by executing a forest fire extinguishing means by the fire extinguishing system when the forest fire occurs, but the forest fire extinguishing means extinguishes the forest fire by discharging water from a water tank adjacent to a forest fire occurrence point among a plurality of water tanks provided in the mountain, or extinguishes the forest fire by firing a fire extinguishing bomb at the forest fire occurrence point. According to the present invention, the forest fire extinguishing system comprises: an ad balloon (10) installed on the ridge and installed with a camera unit (20) for photographing all directions and transmitting a photographed image signal to a forest fire management center (60); the forest fire management center (60) which checks the image transmitted from the camera unit (20) and instructs the firing and dropping of the fire extinguishing bomb to a forest fire occurrence point (40); and a forest fire extinguishing means for extinguishing the forest fire at the forest fire occurrence point (40) according to the instructions of the forest fire management center (60).
본 발명은 산불확산 방지용 산불진화 시스템이 적용된 물탱크에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 산등성이에 수개의 애드벌룬을 간격을 두고 설치하고, 그 애드벌룬에 설치된 카메라로 산을 촬영하면서 촬영된 영상신호를 산불관리센터로 전송하며, 산불관리센터에서는 애드벌룬에서 보내온 영상을 확인하면서 산불이 확인되면, 산불발생지점에 발생된 산불을 산불진화수단에 의해 진화하도록 하는 산불진화 시스템을 구비함으로써, 산불이 발생되면 상기 산불진화 시스템에 의해 산불진화수단을 실행시켜 산불을 진화하되, 상기 산불진화수단은 산에 비치된 다수의 물탱크 중에서 산불발생지점에서 근접한 물탱크에서 물을 배출시켜서 산불을 진화하거나, 또는 산불발생지점으로 소화탄을 발사하여 산불을 진화하도록 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 산등성이에 설치되는 것으로 사방을 촬영하고 촬영된 영상신호를 산불관리센터(60)로 전송하는 카메라유닛(20)이 설치된 애드벌룬(10)과; 상기 카메라유닛(20)으로부터 전송된 영상을 확인하고 산불발생지점(40)으로 소화탄발사 및 투하를 지시하는 산불관리센터(60)와; 상기 산불관리센터(60)의 지시에 따라 산불발생지점(40)의 산불을 진화하게 하는 산불진화수단으로 산불진화 시스템을 구성하며; 상기 산불진화수단은 물탱크(70)가 적용 설치되며; 상기 물탱크(70)는 하부 일측에 솔레이드밸브(73)에 의해 개폐되는 배출구(72)를 구비한 물탱크본체(71)가 구비되고, 이 물탱크본체(71)의 상부에 고깔형뚜껑(74)을 착탈가능하게 설치하되, 이 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 본체 전체면에는 다수개의 빗물유입구멍(75)이 형성되고, 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 하주연 전둘레에는 하향 경사진 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 상측 경사면을 따라 아래로 흐르는 빗물이 지상으로 흘러내리지 않게 하는 상향경사벽(76)이 테두리 형태로 연결 형성되며; 상기 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 중심부에는 하단부에 펌프(77)가 설치되고 상단부에 배수관노즐(78)을 구비한 배수관(78)을 설치하되, 배수관노즐(78)은 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 상부로 노출되고 하측 펌프(77)를 포한한 배수관(78)은 물탱크본체(71)의 내부를 향하게 설치되며; 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 내측 상부에는 상기 산불관리센터(60)로부터 전송받은 신호에 따라 펌프(77)와 솔레노이드밸브(73)를 동작시키는 제어기(80)가 설치되며, 고깔형뚜껑(74)의 상부에는 제어기(80)를 포함한 펌프(77)와 솔레노이드밸브(73)에 전원을 공급하는 태양전지판(81)이 설치되는 구성이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
