Concrete file cutting equipment using cooling unit integrated wire saw
The present invention relates to a concrete pile cutting equipment. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cooling unit, which allows to cut a concrete pile including the upper side thereof by adopting a main body provided with a wire saw connecting the concrete pile and a hydraulically driven flywheel, and a hydraulic cylinder for moving the main body horizontally, and supplies cooling water to a contact portion between the wire saw and the flywheel. Accordingly, according to the present invention, the concrete pile cutting equipment using a cooling unit integrated wire saw does not require crushing work, can be performed by only one worker when installing and working with equipment, and there is an effect of providing a concrete pile cutting equipment that can even cut high-strength rebar.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일 절단장비에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 파일과 유압 구동의 플라이휠을 연결하는 와이어쏘가 구비되는 본체와 본체를 수평 이동하는 유압실린더를 채택하여 두부를 포함하는 콘크리트 파일을 절단하도록 하며, 와이어쏘와 플라이휠의 접촉부분에 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각장치를 포함하는, 냉각장치 일체형 와이어쏘를 이용한 콘크리트 파일 절단장비에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 콘크리트 파일 절단장비는, 절단장비(100)를 지지하는 프레임(110); 프레임(110) 상에서 수평 이동이 가능하도록 구비되되, 유압공급원으로부터 제1 유압라인(121)을 통해 전달받는 유체의 유압을 제어하여 절단장비(100)를 구동하고 제어하도록 하는 본체(120); 일측의 고정단(131)은 프레임(110)에 연결되고 타측의 이동단(132)은 본체(120)에 연결되되, 본체(120)와 연결된 제2 유압라인(122)을 통해 전달되는 유압에 의해 직선 왕복 구동되는 유압실린더(130); 본체(120)의 일측에 수직으로 구비되되, 본체(120)에 연결된 제3 유압라인(123)을 통해 전달되는 유압에 의해 회전 구동되는 플라이휠(140); 일측은 절단하고자 하는 콘크리트 파일의 외부면의 일부를 감싸고 타측은 플라이휠(140)의 일부를 감싸면서 연결되되, 콘크리트 파일의 절단하고자 하는 면과 평행하도록 수평으로 배치되는 와이어쏘(150); 플라이휠(140) 또는 본체(120)의 일측에 구비되어 플라이휠(140)과 와이어쏘(150)의 접촉 부분에 냉각수를 분사하는 분사노즐(171)을 포함하는 냉각수공급부(170); 및 프레임(110) 및 본체(120)의 일측에 하나 이상 구비되어, 수직으로 배치된 플라이휠(140)을 거친 와이어쏘(150)이 거치면서 수직면 상에서 회전하는 플라이휠(140)의 회전력이 수평면 상에서의 회전력으로 전환되도록 하는 전환휠(160);을 포함하며, 플라이휠(140)의 회전에 의해 와이어쏘(150)이 콘크리트 파일을 감싼 채로 절단하도록 하되, 이 과정에서 유압실린더(130)에 의해 본체(120)를 콘크리트 파일과 반대 방향으로 지속적으로 이동시킴으로써, 와이어쏘(150)의 절단력을 강화하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
