FASTENING DEVICE FOR PIPING INLET AND ROTARY QUICK COUPLER WITH THEM
The present invention is to provide a pipe inlet fixing device capable of preventing a malfunction in which hydraulic pressure supplied to a hydraulic connection unit is lost due to vibration or impact generated during operation, and a quick coupler having the same. According to the present invention, a pipe inlet fixing device comprises: a body installed on the arm of an excavator and provided with a connection bar and a connection plate; a power transmission unit installed on the connection plate and transmitting power by changing the direction of travel; a rotation block installed in the power transmission unit and provided with a fixed hook to which an attachment is coupled, and a movable hook opposite to the fixed hook; a hydraulic connection unit for providing hydraulic pressure to a driving cylinder through the power transmission unit and preventing hydraulic lines from interfering with each other when the rotation block is rotated; and a fixing block surrounding a connection portion of the hydraulic line to prevent the connection portion between the hydraulic line and the hydraulic connection unit from being deformed or flowed.
본 발명은, 굴삭기의 암대에 설치되고 연결대 및 연결플레이트가 구비되는 본체; 상기 연결플레이트에 설치되고 동력의 진행방향을 변환시켜 전달하는 동력전달부; 상기 동력전달부에 설치되고 어태치먼트가 결합되는 고정후크가 구비되고, 상기 고정후크에 대향되는 가동후크가 구비되는 회전블록; 상기 동력전달부를 통과하여 구동실린더에 유압을 제공하고, 상기 회전블록이 회전될 때에 유압라인이 서로 간섭되는 것을 방지하는 유압연결부; 및 상기 유압라인과 상기 유압연결부 사이의 연결부위가 변형되거나 유동되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 유압라인의 연결부위를 감싸는 고정블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
