AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING APPARATUS FOR LOUVER
The present invention relates to an automatic louver opening and closing apparatus, sensing an operation state of an outdoor device of an air conditioning apparatus to operate a louver which opens and closes a ventilation hole. The automatic louver opening and closing apparatus comprises: a housing installed on a louver window with an air flow hole through which air is introduced if an outdoor device is operated to make air flow; an actuator operated to open and close the ventilation hole by coupling a linearly reciprocating rod to a lever rotating the louver; an air sensor sensing pressure or speed of air introduced into the air flow hole; and a control unit controlling the actuator such that the louver rotates in the direction of opening the ventilation hole if the pressure or the speed of the air measured by the air sensor is equal to or greater than a setup value, and controlling the actuator such that the louver rotates in the direction of closing the ventilation hole after the elapse of a predetermined time if the pressure or the speed of the air measured by the air sensor is less than a setup value. By such configuration, the present invention can perform control for more precisely measuring the operation of the outdoor device to open the louver by sensing the air flow caused by the operation of the outdoor device of the air conditioning apparatus and operating the louver opening and closing the ventilation hole.
본 발명은 공조장치의 실외기의 작동 상태를 감지하여 환풍구를 개폐하는 루버를 동작시키는 루버 자동 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 루버창에 설치되고 실외기가 동작하여 공기 유동이 발생하면 공기가 유입되는 공기 유동홀이 형성된 하우징과, 왕복 직선 이동하는 로드가 루버를 회전시키는 레버에 체결되어 환풍구를 개폐하도록 동작하는 액추에이터와, 상기 공기 유동홀에 유입되는 공기의 압력 또는 속도를 감지하는 에어센서, 그리고 상기 에어센서에서 측정한 공기의 압력 또는 속도가 설정값 이상이면 환풍구를 개방하는 방향으로 루버가 회전하도록 상기 액추에이터를 제어하고 상기 에어센서에서 측정한 공기의 압력 또는 속도가 설정값 미만이면 일정 시간 경과 후 환풍구를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 루버가 회전하도록 상기 액추에이터를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 공조장치의 실외기가 작동하여 공기 유동이 발생하면 이를 감지하여 환풍구를 개폐하는 루버를 동작 시켜 실외기의 동작을 보다 정밀하게 측정하여 루버가 개방될 수 있도록 제어할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING APPARATUS FOR LOUVER
The present invention relates to an automatic louver opening and closing apparatus, sensing an operation state of an outdoor device of an air conditioning apparatus to operate a louver which opens and closes a ventilation hole. The automatic louver opening and closing apparatus comprises: a housing installed on a louver window with an air flow hole through which air is introduced if an outdoor device is operated to make air flow; an actuator operated to open and close the ventilation hole by coupling a linearly reciprocating rod to a lever rotating the louver; an air sensor sensing pressure or speed of air introduced into the air flow hole; and a control unit controlling the actuator such that the louver rotates in the direction of opening the ventilation hole if the pressure or the speed of the air measured by the air sensor is equal to or greater than a setup value, and controlling the actuator such that the louver rotates in the direction of closing the ventilation hole after the elapse of a predetermined time if the pressure or the speed of the air measured by the air sensor is less than a setup value. By such configuration, the present invention can perform control for more precisely measuring the operation of the outdoor device to open the louver by sensing the air flow caused by the operation of the outdoor device of the air conditioning apparatus and operating the louver opening and closing the ventilation hole.
본 발명은 공조장치의 실외기의 작동 상태를 감지하여 환풍구를 개폐하는 루버를 동작시키는 루버 자동 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 루버창에 설치되고 실외기가 동작하여 공기 유동이 발생하면 공기가 유입되는 공기 유동홀이 형성된 하우징과, 왕복 직선 이동하는 로드가 루버를 회전시키는 레버에 체결되어 환풍구를 개폐하도록 동작하는 액추에이터와, 상기 공기 유동홀에 유입되는 공기의 압력 또는 속도를 감지하는 에어센서, 그리고 상기 에어센서에서 측정한 공기의 압력 또는 속도가 설정값 이상이면 환풍구를 개방하는 방향으로 루버가 회전하도록 상기 액추에이터를 제어하고 상기 에어센서에서 측정한 공기의 압력 또는 속도가 설정값 미만이면 일정 시간 경과 후 환풍구를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 루버가 회전하도록 상기 액추에이터를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 공조장치의 실외기가 작동하여 공기 유동이 발생하면 이를 감지하여 환풍구를 개폐하는 루버를 동작 시켜 실외기의 동작을 보다 정밀하게 측정하여 루버가 개방될 수 있도록 제어할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
