A disclosed super-quick drying construction method for a road mark includes the following steps of: forming a coating by coating water-soluble acrylic emulsion paint comprising 20 to 65 wt% of water-soluble acrylic emulsion resin, 0.1 to 5 wt% of a dispersant, and 30 to 70 wt% of a pigment on a road surface; spraying glass beads on the coating; and spraying a surface treatment agent containing acetic acid on the coating to which the glass beads are attached.
