The invention discloses a road marking and drying device which comprises a movable frame, a drying module and a control module, and is characterized in that the drying module is provided with a first hot-air blower, a second hot-air blower, a first ventilation pipeline, a second ventilation pipeline, a first movable baffle, a second movable baffle, an air outlet, a first motor and a second motor; the control module is provided with a first camera, a second camera, a distance sensor, a display screen, a control button, a control unit and a storage unit. The first camera is used for shooting the road surface condition, the control unit analyzes and recognizes the lineation width and position, the lineation track is automatically followed through the movable frame, meanwhile, the first movable baffle and the second movable baffle are moved through the motor, the lineation area is automatically aligned for air blowing, efficiency is improved, and construction time is shortened; and meanwhile, the telescopic support can be connected to the front of the ruling machine, large-scale drying is conducted, and the ruling construction quality in cloudy and rainy weather is improved.
