ARMREST HINGE STRUCTURE
Disclosed is an armrest hinge structure which applies a dual stopping structure realized in opened and closed states to a hinge structure for mounting an armrest on a body unit of a console box to be opened and closed to increase the magnitude of a load which can be withstood with respect to an external force in a state in which the armrest is opened, thereby resolving all economic problems accompanied by replacing the material of the hinge structure with a raw material with excellent stiffness or increasing the basic thickness of the material when designing the stiffness of the hinge structure. The armrest hinge structure allows the armrest to be rotated via the hinge structure with respect to the body unit of the console box. The hinge structure (30) comprises: a first hinge bracket (130) installed to be fixed on the body unit (12) side; a second hinge bracket (230) installed to be fixed on the armrest (20) side and hinge-coupled to the first hinge bracket (130); a hinge shaft (330) installed on a hinge portion between the first hinge bracket (130) and the second hinge bracket (230); and a dual stopping structure configured to assign rotating limitations in the opening and closing directions of the second hinge bracket (230) with respect to the first hinge bracket (130).
본 발명은 콘솔박스의 바디부에 암레스트를 개폐 가능하게 장착하는 힌지 구조물에 대해 열림 및 닫힘상태에서 각각 구현되는 이중 걸림구조를 적용하여 암레스트의 개방상태에서 외력에 대해 버틸 수 있는 하중의 크기를 증대시킴으로써, 힌지 구조물의 강성 설계시 소재의 기본 두께를 증가시키거나 강성이 우수한 원재료로 소재를 대체함에 따라 수반되는 경제적인 문제들을 전부 해소할 수 있는 암레스트 힌지구조를 개시한다. 전술한 암레스트 힌지구조는 콘솔박스의 바디부에 대해 힌지구조물을 매개로 암레스트를 선회 가능하게 하는 암레스트 힌지구조로서, 상기 힌지구조물(30)은 상기 바디부(12) 측에 고정되도록 설치되는 제1힌지브라켓트(130), 상기 암레스트(20) 측에 고정되도록 설치되고 상기 제1힌지브라켓트(130)와 힌지 결합되는 제2힌지브라켓트(230), 상기 제1힌지브라켓트(130)와 상기 제2힌지브라켓트(230) 사이의 힌지부위에 설치되는 힌지샤프트(330), 및 상기 제1힌지브라켓트(130)에 대한 상기 제2힌지브라켓트(230)의 열림방향과 닫힘방향의 각각에 대해 선회한계를 부여하는 이중 걸림구조물을 구비한다.
