ARMREST HINGE ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is an armrest hinge assembly that can be produced at low costs and facilitate assembly and maintenance (disassembly and component replacement). According to an embodiment of the present invention, the armrest hinge assembly includes: a lower bracket which has a body coupled to a fixed object, a left shoulder formed in the body, and a light shoulder formed in the body; a first washer which is coupled to an outer surface of the left shoulder; a second washer which is coupled to an outer surface of the light shoulder; an upper bracket which is provided with a left arm having one end in close contact with an outside of the first washer, a light arm having one end in close contact with an outside of the second washer, and a handle connecting another end of the left arm and another end of the light arm and coupled to an object to be pivoted; a first friction shaft which connects the left arm, the first washer, and the left shoulder; and a second friction shaft which connects the light arm, the second washer, and the light shoulder.
저렴한 비용으로 생산 가능하고, 조립과 정비(분해 및 부품교체)가 용이한 암레스트 힌지 조립체를 개시한다. 실시예에 따른 암레스트 힌지 조립체는, 고정대상물에 결합되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 형성되는 레프트숄더와, 상기 몸체에 형성되는 라이트숄더를 구비하는 로어브라켓; 상기 레프트숄더의 외측면에 결합되는 제1 와셔; 상기 라이트숄더의 외측면에 결합되는 제2 와셔; 일단이 상기 제1 와셔의 외측에 밀착되는 레프트암과, 일단이 상기 제2 와셔의 외측에 밀착되는 라이트암과, 상기 레프트암의 타단과 상기 라이트암의 타단을 연결하고 피벗대상물에 결합되는 핸들을 구비하는 어퍼브라켓; 상기 레프트암, 상기 제1 와셔, 상기 레프트숄더를 연결하는 제1 마찰샤프트; 및 상기 라이트암, 상기 제2 와셔, 상기 라이트숄더를 연결하는 제2 마찰샤프트;를 포함한다.
