The present invention relates to a one-touch reinforcing bar coupler which is capable of quickly connecting reinforcing bars. The reinforcing bar coupler comprises: a coupler housing which includes a first opening into which a first reinforcing bar is inserted and a second opening into which a second reinforcing bar is inserted, and which is divided into a central region formed in a column shape having at least one of a circular cross-sectional shape, an oval cross-sectional shape, and a polygonal cross-sectional shape, a first tapered region having a diameter which gradually decreases from the central region toward the first opening, and a second tapered region having a diameter which gradually decreases from the central region to the second opening, wherein a hollow part is formed in the coupler housing, and a separator is installed in the hollow part so that the hollow part is divided into a first accommodation region and a second accommodation region; a plurality of first piece members each having an outer surface disposed adjacent to and/or coming into contact with the first tapered region inside the hollow part and an internal surface with a first concave-convex part on which a node of the first reinforcing bar is caught and supported; a plurality of second piece members each having an outer surface disposed adjacent to and/or coming into contact with the second tapered region inside the hollow part and an internal surface with a second concave-convex part having a plurality of concave parts on which a node of the second reinforcing bar is caught and supported; and a first return spring and a second return spring accommodated in the first accommodation region and the second accommodation region, respectively, and configured to provide elastic force by supporting the plurality of first piece members and the plurality of second piece members, respectively.
본 발명은 신속하게 철근을 연결할 수 있는 원터치 방식의 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 일측단에 제1 철근이 삽입되는 제1 개구부와, 타측단에 제2 철근이 삽입되는 제2 개구부가 형성되고, 원, 타원형, 다각형 중 적어도 하나의 단면 형상을 갖는 기둥 형태로 형성된 중앙 영역과, 상기 중앙 영역에서 상기 제1 개구부로 갈수록 점진적으로 직경이 작아지는 제1 테이퍼 영역과, 상기 중앙 영역에서 상기 제2 개구부로 갈수록 점진적으로 직경이 작아지는 제2 테이퍼 영역으로 구분되어 내부에 중공부가 형성되고, 상기 중공부에 분리대가 설치되어 상기 중공부가 제1 수납영역 및 제2 수납영역으로 구분된 커플러 하우징, 외측면이 상기 중공부의 내측에서 상기 제1 테이퍼 영역에 인접 및/또는 접촉하여 배치되고, 내측면에 상기 제1 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지되는 제1 요철부를 포함하는 복수의 제1 편체, 외측면이 상기 중공부의 내측에서 상기 제2 테이퍼 영역에 인접 및/또는 접촉하여 배치되고, 내측면에 상기 제2 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수의 오목부분이 형성된 제2 요철부를 포함하는 복수의 제2 편체, 및 상기 제1 수납영역 및 상기 제2 수납영역 각각에 수납되고, 상기 복수의 제1 편체 및 상기 복수의 제2 편체 각각을 지지하여 탄성력을 제공하는 제1 리턴 스프링 및 제2 리턴 스프링을 포함하는, 철근 커플러를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a one-touch reinforcing bar coupler which is capable of quickly connecting reinforcing bars.
