The present invention relates to a rebar coupler which is small in size and lightweight and can reduce manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the rebar coupler for connecting or fixing a rebar includes: a housing having a hollow inside as well as having first and second insertion holes formed on both sides, into which rebars are inserted respectively; first and second fixing members installed on the inside of the housing, and fixing first and second rebars inserted through the first and second insertion holes, respectively; first and second elastic members for pressing the first and second fixing members toward the first and second insertion holes respectively; and first and second support members for supporting the first and second elastic members respectively. The housing is formed of an integrated body, and has an inner circumference becoming monotonically smaller while becoming closer to the first and second insertion holes.
본 발명은 크기가 작고 가벼우며 제조비용을 절감할 수 있도록 된 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 철근 커플러는 철근을 연결 또는 고정하기 위한 철근 커플러에 있어서, 내부가 중공됨과 더불어 양측에 철근을 각각 삽입하기 위한 제1 및 제2 삽입구가 형성되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내측에 설치되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 삽입구를 통해 삽입되는 제1 및 제2 철근을 각각 고정하기 위한 제1 및 제2 고정부재, 상기 제1 및 제2 고정부재를 상기 제1 및 제2 삽입구 측으로 각각 가압하기 위한 제1 및 제2 탄성부재, 상기 제1 및 제2 탄성부재를 각각 지지하기 위한 제1 및 제2 지지부재를 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 하우징은 일체화된 몸체로 구성되고, 제1 및 제2 삽입구 측으로 가면서 내경이 단조적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
