Cylinderical Ceramic Susceptor and Method for fabricating the same
The present invention relates to a cylindrical ceramic susceptor capable of receiving an object to be heated therein and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical ceramic susceptor comprises: a MoSi_2-based susceptor body having a cylindrical shape and capable of receiving an object to be heated therein; and a SiO_2 film formed on a surface of the susceptor body. Moreover, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the cylindrical ceramic susceptor comprises the following steps: preparing a MoSi_2-based raw material; preparing slurry for slip casting by mixing the raw material, a dispersion medium, and a binder; preparing a molded article by slip casting by injecting the slurry into a gypsum mold for producing a cylindrical shape; first sintering the molded body; and finally sintering the molded body.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실린더형 세라믹 발열체는, 피가열체를 내부에 수용할 수 있는 실린더 형상의 MoSi2계 발열체 본체; 및 상기 발열체 본체의 표면에 형성되는 SiO2 피막을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실린더형 세라믹 발열체의 제조 방법은, MoSi2계 원료를 준비하는 단계; 상기 원료, 분산매 및 바인더를 혼합하여 슬립캐스팅용 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 상기 슬러리를 실린더 형상 제작용 석고몰드에 주입하여 슬립캐스팅으로 성형체를 제조하는 단계; 상기 성형체를 1차 소결하는 단계; 및 상기 성형체를 최종 소결하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
