ROLL SCREEN APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DAMAGE OF SCREEN
The present invention relates to a roll screen apparatus and, more specifically, to a roll screen apparatus for preventing screen damage which can prevent a screen from being damaged by preventing a sharp portion which can come in contact with the screen from being exposed when assembling a roll screen apparatus. To this end, the roll screen apparatus for preventing screen damage comprises: a first frame (10) having a bent part (11) formed along a longitudinal direction therein to allow one side of a screen to be movably arranged while having a protrusion; a frame connection means (20) having an inserted part (21) inserted into the first frame (10) and an insertion part (22) integrally extended from the inserted part (21) to be tightly attached along a cut surface of the bent part (11), wherein a portion thereof coming in contact with a screen (1) while the screen (1) passes therethrough is rounded; and a second frame (30) fixed on the frame connection means (20) to be arranged at a right angle with the first frame (10), and accommodating a rotary shaft (31) for rolling and unrolling the screen (1) therein.
본 발명은 롤 방충망 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 롤 방충망 장치 조립 시 방충망과 접촉 가능한 날카로운 부위가 노출되지 않도록 하여 방충망이 훼손되는 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 방충망 손상 방지용 롤 방충망 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 방충망(1) 일측이 단차를 가진 상태로 이동 가능하게 배치되도록 내부 길이방향을 따라 절곡부(11)가 형성된 제1 프레임(10)과; 상기 제1 프레임(10) 내측에 삽입되는 끼움부(21) 및 상기 끼움부(21)로부터 일체로 연장되어 절곡부(11)의 절단면을 따라 밀착되고 방충망(1)이 통과하면서 접촉되는 부분이 라운딩 처리된 삽입부(22)를 구비하는 프레임 연결수단(20)과; 상기 프레임 연결수단(20)에 고정되어 제1 프레임(10)과 직각으로 배치되고, 방충망(1)을 권취 및 권출하기 위한 회전축(31)을 내부에 수용하기 위한 제2 프레임(30);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
