Hinge for preventing falling objects of safety step
The present invention relates to a hinge for coupling a safety scaffold to a safety plate, which easily couples, to each other, the safety scaffold and the safety plate which are installed on the outer wall of a building at a construction site, and prevents the safety scaffold and the safety plate from being damaged, thereby enabling the recycling of the safety scaffold and the safety plate. The hinge for connecting, to each other, the safety scaffold, installed on the outer wall of the building, and the safety plate installed between the safety scaffold and the outer wall of the building comprises: a first coupling part including a first plate and a second plate spaced apart from each other horizontally and a third plate for connecting ends of the first plate and the second plate to each other, having a hole formed through the first plate, and accommodated in the safety plate; a pressing bolt screwed to the hole formed in the first coupling part to press the safety plate; a second coupling part hinged to the third plate of the first coupling part to face the safety scaffold, and having a hole formed therethrough; and a coupling bolt inserted into the hole formed in the second coupling part and the hole formed in the safety scaffold.
본 발명은 건설현장의 건물 외벽에 설치되는 안전발판 및 안전판자를 서로 용이하게 결합시키면서, 안전발판과 안전판자를 손상시키지 않을 수 있어, 안전발판과 안전판자의 재활용을 가능하게 하는 안전발판과 안전판자 결합용 경첩에 관한 것으로, 건물의 외벽에 설치되는 안전발판과 상기 안전발판과 건물의 외벽 사이에 설치되는 안전판자를 서로 연결하는 경첩에 있어서, 서로 수평하게 이격된 제1판과 제2판 및 상기 제1판과 상기 제2판의 일단을 서로 연결하는 제3판을 포함하고, 상기 제1판에 홀이 관통 형성되며, 안전판자 내부에 수용되는 제1결합부, 상기 제1결합부에 형성된 홀에 나사결합되어 상기 안전판자를 가압하는 가압볼트, 상기 제1결합부의 상기 제3판측에 힌지결합되어 안전발판과 면접하고, 홀이 관통 형성되는 제2결합부 및 상기 제2결합부에 형성된 홀과 상기 안전발판에 형성된 홀에 삽입되는 결합볼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
