TOE BOARD FOR PREVENTING FALLING OBJECTS
The present invention relates to a toe board for preventing a falling object. A vertical member and a horizontal member are integrated with each other and made of an elastically deformable synthetic resin material to facilitate installation work without processing an additional mounting hole. An external impact can be absorbed through elastic deformation to prevent an accident of a worker without causing inconvenience in work during a work process of the worker. An additional impact absorbing unit is formed for the vertical member and the horizontal member to induce elastic deformation through the impact absorbing unit to maintain an angle between the vertical member and the horizontal member and absorb an external impact to stably perform a falling object prevention function and an external impact absorbing function for convenient and safe use. A plurality of unit boards can be connected to each other by inserting an additional connection cover to conveniently install the unit boards without additional connection work. The connection cover can be used to reinforce elastic deformation towards the outside of a vertical board for further safety and convenience.
본 발명은 낙하물 방지용 토우 보드에 관한 것으로, 탄성 변형 가능한 합성 수지 재질로 수직 부재와 수평 부재를 일체로 형성함으로써, 별도의 결합홀 가공 없이도 설치 작업이 용이하며, 탄성 변형을 통해 외부 충격을 완화할 수 있어 작업자의 작업 과정에서 작업에 불편을 초래하지 않고 작업자의 안전 사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 수직 부재와 수평 부재에 대해 별도의 완충부를 형성함으로써, 완충부를 통한 탄성 변형을 유도하여 수직 부재와 수평 부재의 사잇각을 유지함과 동시에 외부 충격을 완화할 수 있어 낙하물 방지 기능을 안정적으로 유지함과 동시에 외부 충격을 완화할 수 있는 기능을 아울러 발휘할 수 있어 더욱 사용이 편리하고 안전하며, 별도의 연결 커버를 삽입하는 방식으로 다수개의 단위 보드를 연결할 수 있도록 함으로써, 별도의 연결 작업 없이도 다수개의 단위 보드를 편리하게 설치할 수 있으며, 연결 커버를 이용하여 수직 보드에 대한 외측 방향 탄성 변형을 보강할 수 있어 더욱 안전하고 편리한 낙하물 방지용 토우 보드를 제공한다.
