The present invention relates to a vertically bent and fastened fixing clip for fixing an m-bar, which can firmly fix and install an m-bar by fastening the m-bar to a carrying channel while bringing the same into close contact therewith with a simple bending operation, in a lightweight steel frame structure which is completed by cross-linking an m-bar to a carrying channel to install finishing materials on the inside of a building such as a ceiling and a wall, and a ceiling frame using the same. The vertically bent and fastened fixing clip for fixing an m-bar, which fastens and fixes an m-bar, which has a C-shaped cross-section and has, as a locking protrusion, an end of an opening, to a carrying channel having a C-shaped cross-section comprises: a flange portion corresponding to the upper flange of the carrying channel; a horizontal extension portion extending horizontally from the flange portion, and bendable downward in an extended position; a web portion corresponding to the web of the carrying channel; a vertical extension portion extending vertically from the web portion, and having locking pieces formed at both ends thereof so that when the vertical extension portion is inserted into the opening of the m-bar, the locking pieces are caught on the locking protrusion of the m-bar; and a cut and bent portion formed to face the flange portion by being cut and bent upward from below the web portion, and corresponding to the lower flange of the carrying channel. The cut and bent portion has a length that is greater than that of the lower flange of the carrying channel, and can be bent upward in an extended position.

본 발명은 천장, 벽면 등 건물 내부에 마감재를 설치하기 위해 캐링채널에 엠바를 교차 결합시켜 완성하는 경량철골 구조에서, 간단한 절곡조작만으로 엠바를 캐링채널에 밀착시키면서 결속시켜 견고하게 고정 설치할 수 있는 상하 절곡 결속형 엠바 고정클립과, 이를 바람직하게 이용한 반자달대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 상하 절곡 결속형 엠바 고정클립은, 개구부 끝단이 걸림턱으로 형성된 C형 단면의 엠바를 ㄷ형 단면의 캐링채널에 결속 고정하는 엠바 고정클립에서, 캐링채널의 상부플랜지에 대응하는 플랜지부; 플랜지부에서 수평 연장되어 연장 위치에서 하방으로 절곡가능한 수평연장부; 캐링채널의 웨브에 대응하는 웨브부; 웨브부에서 수직 연장되고 양측단부에 걸림편이 형성되어 엠바의 개구부에 삽입되면 걸림편이 엠바의 걸림턱에 걸리게 설치가능한 수직연장부; 웨브부 하부에서 상방으로 절개되어 절곡됨으로써 플랜지부에 대향하게 형성되어 캐링채널의 하부플랜지에 대응하게 마련되는 절개절곡부;를 포함하여 구성되되, 절개절곡부는 캐링채널의 하부플랜지보다 연장된 길이로 마련되어 연장 위치에서 상방으로 절곡가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
