ENVIRONMENTAL COGNITION SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY
A surrounding environment cognition system of a construction machinery comprises: a first sensor installed on the upper surface of a cab of the construction machinery to acquire shape information data on the ground in front; a second sensor installed on the lower surface of a front working device of the construction machinery to obtain shape information data in an excavation area and a loading area; a plurality of third sensors installed around an upper frame of the construction machinery to obtain object information data in a surrounding area; a plurality of fourth sensors installed on the rear surface of the upper frame of the construction machinery to obtain object information data in the rear area; and a data processing device for collecting and processing the data from the first to fourth sensors to provide surrounding environment data of the construction machinery.
건설기계의 주변 환경 인지 시스템은 건설기계의 운전실 상면에 설치되어 전방 지면 상의 형상 정보 데이터를 획득하기 위한 제1 센서, 상기 건설기계의 프론트 작업 장치의 하면에 설치되어 굴삭 영역 및 상차 영역에서의 형상 정보 데이터를 획득하기 위한 제2 센서, 상기 건설기계의 상부 프레임 둘레에 설치되어 주변 영역에서의 물체 정보 데이터를 획득하기 위한 복수 개의 제3 센서들, 상기 건설기계의 상부 프레임의 후면에 설치되어 후방 영역에서의 물체 정보 데이터를 획득하기 위한 복수 개의 제4 센서들, 및 상기 제1 내지 제4 센서들로부터 상기 데이터를 수집하고 처리하여 상기 건설기계의 주변 환경 데이터를 제공하기 위한 데이터 처리 장치를 포함한다.
