CRACK-PREVENTING CEMENT MORTAR HAVING IMPROVED FLUIDITY
The present invention relates to an anti-crack cement mortar. The anti-crack cement mortar according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: 25-40 kg of fluid admixture; 600-800 kg of cement; 90-110kg of fiber aggregate; 4- 6kg of sodium fatty acid; and 400-500 kg of water per 1 m3 of mortar. The flowable admixture comprises: 88 to 92wt% of sodium metasilicate (Na2SiO3), 6 to 9wt% of sodium gluconate (C6H11NaO7), and 2 to 3 wt% of a thickener based on 100 wt% of the admixture. The anti-crack cement mortar according to an embodiment of the present invention can be manufactured at a low cost without compromising crack prevention performance and can be easily constructed, thereby reducing overall cost and effort required for construction. The present invention relates to a cement mortar which provides high fluidity and effective crack prevention performance.
균열방지 시멘트 모르타르가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 균열방지 시멘트 모르타르는 모르타르 1m3에 대하여 유동성 혼화제 25~40kg, 시멘트 600~800kg, 섬유골재 90~110kg, 지방산나트륨 4~6kg 및 물 400~500kg을 포함할 수 있고, 상기 유동성 혼화제는 상기 혼화제 100 중량%에 대해 메타규산나트륨(Na2SiO3) 88 내지 92 중량%, 글루콘산나트륨(C6H11NaO7) 6 내지 9 중량% 및 증점제 2 내지 3 중량%를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 균열방지 시멘트 모르타르는 균열 방지 성능을 희생하지 않으면서도 적은 비용으로 제조될 수 있고 또한 시공을 용이하게 수행할 수 있어 시공에 소요되는 전반적인 비용과 수고를 줄일 수 있다.
