PC Precast Concrete Modular Structure
The present invention relates to a PC modular structure with a separate bottom plate, in which a box-type unit PC modular structure is manufactured by coupling a separately manufactured bottom plate to an inverted U-shaped body part in which a ceiling plate and two side plates are integrated, so as to be advantageous for demolding at the time of manufacture and to minimize a lifting load. A preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body part in which a horizontal plate-shaped ceiling plate and side plates respectively formed vertically downward on both ends in the width direction of the ceiling plate are integrated to form an inverted U-shaped cross section; and a bottom plate including a plate-shaped bottom part of a predetermined thickness and coupled to the bottom of the body part.
본 발명은 천정판과 2개의 측면판이 일체로 제작된 역U형 본체부에, 별도로 제작된 바닥판을 결합하여 박스형 단위 PC모듈러 구조물을 제작하도록 함으로써 제작시 탈형에 유리하고 양중부하를 최소화하도록 하는 바닥판 분리형 PC모듈러 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 수평한 판형상의 천정판과, 천정판의 폭방향 양측 단부에서 수직 하방으로 각각 구성되는 측면판이 일체로 제작되어 역U형 단면을 갖도록 형성되고, 구성되는 본체부와; 일정 두께의 판 형상의 바닥부를 포함하여 이루어져 본체부의 하부에 결합되는 바닥판;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
