U PC Precast Concrete Modular Structure
The present invention relates to a PC modular structure in which an inverted U-shaped main body and a floor plate are combined, wherein the separately manufactured floor plate is coupled with the main body, which is integrally manufactured with a ceiling plate and two lateral plates and has an inverted U-shaped cross-section, by using a rebar joint and a cover plate to facilitate demolding when manufacturing the main body unit and the floor plate and to minimize lifting load. One preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: the main body unit which is integrally manufactured with the ceiling plate of a flat plate shape and the lateral plates respectively configured from both ends in a width direction of the ceiling plate to a vertical downward direction, and is formed to have the inverted U-shaped cross-section; and the floor plate which is configured to include a floor unit of a plate shape with a certain thickness and is coupled to a lower part of the main body unit.
본 발명은 천정판과 2개의 측면판이 일체로 제작된 역U형 단면을 갖는 본체부에 별도로 제작된 바닥판을 철근이음 및 커버플레이트를 이용하여 결합하도록 함으로써, 본체부와 바닥판의 제작시 탈형에 유리하고 양중부하를 최소화하도록 하는 역U형 본체부와 바닥판이 결합된 PC모듈러 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 수평한 판형상의 천정판과, 천정판의 폭방향 양측 단부에서 수직 하방으로 각각 구성되는 측면판이 일체로 제작되어 역U형 단면을 갖도록 형성되는 본체부와; 일정 두께의 판 형상의 바닥부를 포함하여 이루어져 본체부의 하부에 결합되는 바닥판;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
