MgO-Cr2O3 Method for manufacturing MgO-Cr2O3 based Seawater Magnesia Clinker
Provided is a method for manufacturing an MgO-Cr_2O_3 based seawater magnesia clinker. The method for manufacturing the seawater magnesia clinker of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing synthetic magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)_2) slurry from seawater; a step of adding 0.1-2 wt% of a Cr_2O_3 based sub material to the synthetic magnesium hydroxide slurry and mixing the same; and a step of manufacturing the MgO-Cr_2O_3 based seawater magnesia clinker by drying the mixed synthetic magnesium hydroxide slurry and sintering the same at 1,800-2,000℃. The present invention can be applied to an MgO-Cr_2O_3 based sintering refractory composition.
MgO-Cr2O3계 해수 마그네시아 클린커 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 해수 마그네시아 클린커 제조방법, 해수로부터 합성 수산화마그네슘[Mg(OH)2] 슬러리를 제조하는 공정; 상기 합성 수산화 마그네슘 슬러리에 Cr2O3 계 부원료를 0.1~2중량% 범위로 첨가한 후 혼합하는 공정; 및 상기 혼합된 합성 수산화 마그네슘 슬러리를 건조한 후, 1800~2000℃의 온도에서 소성함으로써 MgO-Cr2O3계 해수 마그네시아 클린커를 제조하는 공정;을 포함한다.
