Porous and Light Seawater Magnesia Clinker And its Mnaufacturing Method
Provided is a porous lightweight seawater magnesia clinker and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention relates to the method for manufacturing the porous lightweight seawater magnesia clinker for an amorphous refractory material, which comprises: a process for preparing a synthetic magnesium hydroxide slurry (Mg(OH)_2) by using seawater and limestone; and a step of drying the prepared magnesium hydroxide slurry, followed by firing the same in a temperature range of 1300 to 1700°C. The seawater magnesia clinker of the present invention can effectively provide the porous lightweight seawater magnesia clinker.
다공성 경량 해수 마그네시아 클린커 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 해수와 석회석을 이용하여 합성 수산화 마그네슘 슬러리(Mg(OH))를 마련하는 공정: 그리고 상기 마련된 수산화 마그네슘 슬러리를 건조한 후, 1300~1700℃의 온도범위에서 소성하는 공정;을 포함하는 부정형 내화물용 다공성 경량 해수 마그네시아 클린커 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Provided is a porous lightweight seawater magnesia clinker and a method for manufacturing the same.
