Construction Method of Soil Retaining Wall
The present invention relates to an earth retaining wall using top-down construction method for soft ground using a blocking plate, which performs processes of press-fitting and excavating a blocking plate, and forming an earth retaining wall in stages in a top-down method which is from an upper to lower side of the ground in a process of installing an earth retaining wall with concrete by press-fitting the blocking plate to a certain depth from an upper part of the ground where the earth retaining wall is installed and performing excavation in stages to stabilize the ground in an unstabilized soft ground so as to stably install the earth retaining wall. In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the top-down earth retaining wall construction method for a soft ground using a blocking plate, comprises the steps of: (a) forming a perforated hole at regular intervals on a boundary line at which an earth retaining wall is to be installed; (b) inserting an H-pile into the perforated hole; (c) performing press-fitting on a blocking plate to a certain depth between the H-piles to allow the blocking plate to be positioned on a rear part of the H-pile; (d) performing an excavation to a position of the blocking plate press-fitted in the step (c); (e) forming an earth retaining wall by pouring concrete between the H-files at an excavation site in the step (d); (f) further performing press-fitting on the blocking plate to a certain depth at an excavated depth; (g) performing an excavation to the depth of the blocking plate press-fitted in the step (f); (h) forming the earth retaining wall by pouring concrete between the H-piles at an excavation site in the step (g); and (i) repeating the steps (f) to (h) to perform an excavation to a certain depth and continuously form the earth retaining wall.
본 발명은 토류벽이 설치되는 지반의 상부에서부터 일정 깊이로 차단판을 압입하고 단계적으로 굴착하여 콘크리트로 토류벽을 설치하는 과정을 지반의 상부에서 하부로 탑다운방식으로 차단판 압입, 굴착 및 토류벽 형성과정을 단계적으로 실시하도록 하여 안정화되지 않은 연약지반에서 지반을 안정화시키면서 안정적으로 토류벽을 설치할 수 있는 차단판을 이용한 연약지반의 탑다운 토류벽 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 흙막이 벽이 설치될 경계선에 일정간격으로 천공홀을 천공하는 단계; (b) 천공되는 천공홀에 H파일을 근입하는 단계; (c) H파일 후면부에 차단판이 위치하도록 H파일과 H파일의 사이에 차단판을 일정 깊이로 압입하는 단계; (d) (c) 단계에서 압입된 차단판의 위치까지 굴착하는 단계; (e) (d) 단계에서 굴착 부위의 H파일과 H파일의 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하여 토류벽을 형성하는 단계; (f) 굴착된 심도에서 일정 깊이로 차단판을 추가로 압입하는 단계; (g) (f) 단계에서 압입된 차단판의 깊이까지 굴착하는 단계; (h) (g) 단계에서 굴착 부위의 H파일과 H파일의 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하여 토류벽을 형성하는 단계; (i) (f) 내지 (h) 단계를 반복하여 일정 심도까지 굴착하고 토류벽을 연속하여 형성하도록 하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
