Manufacturing method of carbon form shaped by mold
The present invention relates to a method of producing carbon foam by mold molding. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a carbon foam precursor composition in a slurry state by mixing a thermosetting resin solid, liquid furfuryl alcohol, a pore former, and a curing catalyst at room temperature; performing first thermal curing by injecting the prepared precursor composition into a mold at room temperature; separating the prepared primary cured product from the mold and performing secondary thermal curing; and carbonizing the secondary cured product in an inert atmosphere. According to the present invention, the present invention does not use harmful substances such as formaldehyde or foaming agents, so the present invention can be expected that carbon foam can be manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner.
본 발명은 주형 성형에 의한 카본 폼의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 열경화성 수지 고형물, 액상 푸르프릴(furfuryl alcohol) 알코올, 기공형성제 및 경화촉매제를 상온에서 혼합하여 슬러리 상태의 카본 폼 전구체 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제조된 전구체 조성물을 상온에서 주형에 주입하여 1차 열경화하는 단계; 상기 제조된 1차 경화물을 주형으로부터 분리하여 2차 열경화하는 단계; 및 상기 2차 경화물을 불활성 분위기에서 탄화하는 단계;를 포함한다. 이상과 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명은 포름알데히드나 발포제와 같은 유해물질을 사용하지 않아 카본 폼을 친환경적으로 제조할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
