Insulating gang form
The present invention relates to an insulation gang form and, more specifically, to a gang form having an insulation material for curing concrete for the formation of an outer wall of a building. The present invention includes: a plate member, which is a support member spaced apart from an internal mold by a predetermined distance and having a curing space provided between itself and the internal mold, including a first support plate, a second support plate placed at a predetermined angle with respect to the first support plate while kept spaced apart from the first support plate, and a corner plate placed between the first and second support plates to connect the first and second support plates; a support member including a plurality of first horizontal supporters placed on one side of the first support plate and extended in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of second horizontal supporters placed on one side of the second support plate and extended in a horizontal direction; and an insulation gang form including a first insulation material placed on one side of the first support plate and provided between the first horizontal supporters, a second insulation material placed on one side of the second support plate and provided between the second horizontal supporters, and a third insulation material placed on one side of the corner plate.
본 발명은 단열갱폼에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 외부벽체 형성용 콘크리트를 양생하기 위한 단열재가 마련된 갱폼에 있어서, 내부 거푸집과 일정간격 이격되어 있으며 내부 거푸집과의 사이에 양생용 공간이 마련되어 있는 지지부재로서, 제1지지판과, 상기 제1지지판에 대하여 이격된 상태에서 상기 제1지지판에 대하여 일정한 각도로 배치되는 제2지지판과, 상기 제1지지판과 제2지지판의 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1지지판과 제2지지판을 연결하는 코너판을 포함하는 판부재; 상기 제1지지판의 일면에 배치되며 수평방향으로 연장되는 다수의 제1수평지지대와, 상기 제2지지판의 일면에 배치되며 수평방향으로 연장되는 다수의 제2수평지지대를 포함하는 지지부재; 및 상기 제1지지판의 일면에 배치되며 제1수평지지대 사이에 마련되어 있는 제1단열재와, 상기 제2지지판의 일면에 배치되며 제2수평지지대 사이에 마련되어 있는 제2단열재와, 상기 코너판의 일면에 배치되는 제3단열재를 포함하는 단열갱폼에 대한 것이다.
