Insulating gang form
The present invention relates to an insulating gang form and, more specifically, to a gang form having an insulating material included to cure concrete for forming the exterior wall of a building. The insulating gang form comprises: a plate member, which is a supporting member spaced by a predetermined distance from the inner mold and having a space for curing between the inner mold and the supporting member, including a first supporting plate, a second supporting plate spaced from the first supporting plate and arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the first supporting plate, and a corner plate arranged between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate to connect the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate; a supporting member including a plurality of first horizontal supports arranged on one surface of the first supporting plate and extending horizontally, and a plurality of second horizontal supports arranged on one surface of the second supporting plate and extending horizontally; a first insulating material arranged on one surface of the first supporting plate and included between the first horizontal supports; a second insulating material arranged on one surface of the second supporting plate and included between the second horizontal supports; and a third insulating material arranged on one surface of the corner plate.
본 발명은 단열갱폼에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건축물의 외부벽체 형성용 콘크리트를 양생하기 위한 단열재가 마련된 갱폼에 있어서, 내부 거푸집과 일정간격 이격되어 있으며 내부 거푸집과의 사이에 양생용 공간이 마련되어 있는 지지부재로서, 제1지지판과, 상기 제1지지판에 대하여 이격된 상태에서 상기 제1지지판에 대하여 일정한 각도로 배치되는 제2지지판과, 상기 제1지지판과 제2지지판의 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1지지판과 제2지지판을 연결하는 코너판을 포함하는 판부재; 상기 제1지지판의 일면에 배치되며 수평방향으로 연장되는 다수의 제1수평지지대와, 상기 제2지지판의 일면에 배치되며 수평방향으로 연장되는 다수의 제2수평지지대를 포함하는 지지부재; 및 상기 제1지지판의 일면에 배치되며 제1수평지지대 사이에 마련되어 있는 제1단열재와, 상기 제2지지판의 일면에 배치되며 제2수평지지대 사이에 마련되어 있는 제2단열재와, 상기 코너판의 일면에 배치되는 제3단열재를 포함하는 단열갱폼에 대한 것이다.
