MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INTERIOR TILES USING COFFEE GROUNDS
The present invention relates to an interior tile manufacturing method using used coffee grounds, and more particularly, to an interior tile manufacturing method using used coffee grounds, the method which can recycle used coffee grounds by attaching dried used coffee grounds to the surface of a base tile made of natural materials and is environmentally friendly while ensuring interior design effects of the texture of used coffee grounds. The interior tile manufacturing method using used coffee grounds according to the present invention includes a base manufacturing step for manufacturing a base tile having a predetermined shape and thickness; a first drying step for drying coffee grounds produced from coffee beans after brewing coffee; an attachment step for attaching the coffee grounds dried through the first drying step to one surface of the base tile; and a surface treatment step for treating the surface of the coffee grounds after the attachment step.
본 발명은 커피찌꺼기를 활용한 인테리어 타일 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 천연소재로 이루어진 베이스 타일의 표면에 건조된 커피찌꺼기를 부착함으로써 커피찌꺼기를 재활용할 수 있고, 커피찌꺼기의 질감에 따른 인테리어 효과를 살릴 수 있으면서도 친환경적인 커피찌꺼기를 활용한 인테리어 타일 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 커피찌꺼기를 활용한 인테리어 타일 제조 방법은 일정 형상 및 두께를 갖는 베이스 타일을 제작하는 베이스제작단계와; 커피 추출 후 원두에서 발생된 커피찌꺼기를 건조하는 제1 건조단계와; 상기 제1 건조단계를 거쳐 건조된 커피찌꺼기를 상기 베이스 타일의 일면에 부착하는 부착단계와; 상기 부착단계를 거친 커피찌꺼기의 표면을 처리하는 표면처리단계를; 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
