Fire door with reinforcement and insulation structure
The present invention relates to a fire door having a reinforcement and insulation structure and, more specifically, to a fire door capable of improving the strength of a side part of a fire door by forming front and rear panels and side frames of the fire door and an insulation member therebetween in a multi-structure as well as efficiently cutting off a thermal energy transfer between the inside and the outside, which can lead to a considerable improvement in the strength of the fire door and an insulation effect of the same. In particular, according to the present invention, a plurality of reinforcement bars are formed in a transverse direction in a fire door to significantly improve the transverse strength of the whole fire door as well as both side frames, thereby improving bending stress and torsion stress, which can be manifested by the sum of compression stress and tension stress, and also, as the deformation of the fire door caused by an external force is minimized, the torsion of the fire door or a strength deterioration therein caused by a high temperature or the like in case of a fire can be prevented. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving reliability and competitiveness in a fire door field, a fire door reinforcement structure field and a fire door insulation structure field as well as a similar or related field.
본 발명은 보강 및 단열 구조를 갖는 방화문에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 방화문의 전면패널과 후면패널 및 측면프레임과 그 사이에 구성되는 단열부재를 다중구조로 구성하여 방화문의 측면부 강도를 향상시킴과 더불어, 실내외 간의 열에너지 이동을 효율적으로 차단함으로써, 방화문의 강도와 단열효과를 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 방화문의 내부에 횡방향으로 다수 개의 보강바를 구성하여, 양측의 측면프레임과 더불어 방화문 전체의 횡방향 강도를 크게 향상시킴으로써, 압축응력과 인장응력의 합으로 나타나는 굽힘응력 및 비틀림응력을 향상시키고, 외력에 의한 방화문의 변형을 최소화하여, 화재발생시 고온 등으로 인한 방화문의 뒤틀림이나 강도저하를 방지할 수 있다. 따라서 방화문 분야, 방화문 보강구조 분야 및 방화문 단열구조 분야는 물론, 이와 유사 내지 연관된 분야에서 신뢰성 및 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
