Grooving Machine for Roll Forming
A groove processing apparatus for roll forming is disclosed. The groove processing apparatus for roll forming according to an embodiment of the present invention pre-processes a cutting groove of a certain depth along the process direction on a bent inner section on a bent part of a material using a plurality of cutting edges before being put into a roll former unit of a roll forming process so as to perform roll-forming using the cutting groove, thereby capable of improving the formability of the bent part, and increasing the dimensional accuracy of the curvature of the outer edge of the bent part. The present invention includes a work table and a fixing plate.
롤 포밍용 홈 가공장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 롤 포밍용 홈 가공장치는 롤 포밍 공정의 롤 포머 유닛에 투입되기 전에 복수개의 절삭날을 이용하여 소재의 절곡부 상의 절곡되는 내측 단면상에 공정방향을 따라 일정 깊이의 절삭홈을 선행 가공하여 절삭홈을 이용하여 롤 성형함으로써, 절곡부의 성형성을 향상시키며, 절곡부의 외측 모서리 곡률의 치수 정밀도를 높인다.
