FIREPROOF FOAM UNIT AND FIREPROOF FOAM DEVICE
The present invention is to provide a refractory foam unit having a relatively low manufacturing cost, convenient construction, and excellent usability, and a refractory foam device including the same. According to the present invention, provided is the refractory foam unit for shielding a through hole formed on a floor or a wall of a building so that a passage member having a passage formed therein can pass therethrough. The refractory foam unit comprises: a refractory foam material made of a material expandable by heat and capable of covering the through hole while enclosing the passage member; and a support plate which is made of a refractory material that can withstand heat, is bonded to one side of the refractory foam material, and is fixed to the floor or the wall of the building so that the refractory foam material can expand while keeping the through hole covered.
본 발명은 제조 단가가 상대적으로 저렴하고, 시공이 편리하며, 사용 편의성이 우수한 내화발포재 유닛 및 이를 포함하는 내화발포재 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 내화발포재 유닛은, 내측에 통로가 형성된 통로부재가 통과할 수 있도록 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 형성되는 관통구를 차폐하기 위한 내화발포재 유닛에 있어서, 열에 의해 팽창할 수 있는 소재로 이루어지고, 통로부재를 둘러싸면서 관통구를 덮을 수 있는 내화발포재와, 열에 견딜 수 있는 내화 소재로 이루어지며, 내화발포재의 일면에 결합되고, 건축물의 바닥 또는 벽에 고정되어 내화발포재가 관통구를 덮은 상태를 유지하면서 팽창할 수 있도록 내화발포재를 지지하는 지지판을 포함한다.
