The present invention relates to an anti-freezing system louver, wherein as parts of upper and lower slats of two consecutive slats are overlapped with each other, substances expected to cause freezing such as external dew condensation, rainwater, snow and the like are led to freely fall to the outside, and, as a result, the substances can be fundamentally prevented from permeating into a gap of a joint part such that its function can be performed throughout all seasons. The anti-freezing system louver includes: a frame member formed as a pair of vertical and horizontal frames are assembled with each other; a pair of fixing members fixed to upper and lower sides of the frame member respectively to seal the frame member; an opening/closing member comprising a plurality of slats consecutively placed between the fixing members to open and close an opening part of the frame member, wherein remaining slats excluding the uppermost slat and the lowermost slat are installed to be rotatable, and, of two consecutive slats, a lower spart of the upper slat and an upper part of the lower slat are unevenly combined, and also, an upper part of the uppermost slat and a lower part of the lowermost slat are combined and fixed with the fixing members; a driver provided in the frame member to rotate the opening/closing member; and a cover provided in the lower part of the upper slat of the opening/closing part to cover a part of the top of the lower slat.
본 발명은 연속하는 두 슬랫 중 상부 슬랫과 하부 슬랫의 일부가 서로 겹치도록 함으로써 외부의 결로나 빗물, 눈 등의 결빙이 예상되는 물질이 외부로 자유낙하하도록 함으로써 이음부의 틈새로 스며드는 것을 원천 차단하여 사계절 내내 그 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 한 결빙방지형 시스템 루버에 관한 것으로, 한 쌍의 수직 및 수평 프레임이 서로 조립되어 형성된 프레임 부재; 상기 프레임 부재의 상측과 하측에 각각 고정 설치되어 상기 프레임 부재를 밀폐하는 한 쌍의 고정부재; 상기 프레임 부재의 개구부를 개폐하도록 상기 고정부재 사이에 연속적으로 배치되는 복수개의 슬랫으로 이루어지고, 최상단 슬랫과 최하단 슬랫을 제외한 나머지 슬랫은 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 연속하는 두 슬랫 중 상부 슬랫의 하단부와 하부 슬랫의 상단부가 요철 결합됨과 아울러 최상단 슬랫의 상부와 최하단 슬랫의 하부는 상기 고정부재에 결합 고정되는 개폐부재; 상기 프레임 부재에 구비되어 상기 개폐부재를 회전시키는 구동장치; 및 상기 개폐부재의 상부 슬랫의 하단부에 구비되어 하부 슬랫의 상단 일부를 덮어주는 덮개;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
