The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a customized block with a natural stone-patterned wavy texture layer and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a customized block in which adhesive sheets with a texture layer and an image design to be formed is cut and attached to polished natural stone surfaces, the adhesive sheet on one side of the polished surface to be formed is removed by sandblasting to form a very deeply and roughly embossed pattern texture layer, the adhesive sheet on the other side is removed to from a deeply and roughly embossed pattern texture layer, the adhesive sheet on the other side is removed to from a matte pattern texture layer, thereby providing a three-dimensional effect by composite formation and providing a beautiful pattern, letter, or a brand image by removing the adhesive sheet remaining on the surface. According to the present invention, the customized block has a roughly, deeply, and elaborately unique wavy pattern texture layer, thereby providing a classy urban public facility. The method comprises a stone cutting step, a polishing step, a washing step, an attachment step, a 3D processing step, and an impurity removing step.
