SMART FLOOR CUTTING MACHINE WITH DUST COLLECTION COVER
An objective of the present invention is to maximize dust collection and soundproofing effects by separately operating a dust collection cover. A smart floor cutting machine with a dust collection cover coupled thereto comprises: a main frame having a first dust collection cover fixing pin for attaching the dust collection cover; two rear wheels positioned on both sides of a rear of the main frame; two front wheels positioned on both sides of a front of the main frame; a cutting frame wherein one side thereof is fixed near a rear of the main frame, and the other side thereof moves vertically; a cutting blade to be inserted into both ends of a cutting shaft positioned near the other side of the cutting frame; and a front frame connected to a front of the main frame, attachable and detachable, and having a second dust collection cover fixing pin for attaching the dust collection cover. The direction in which the smart floor cutting machine advances corresponds to the front, and the direction opposite to the direction in which the smart floor cutting machine advances corresponds to the rear.
집진 커버가 결합된 스마트 바닥 커팅기는 상기 집진 커버 부착을 위한 제 1 집진커버 고정핀이 존재하는 메인 프레임; 상기 메인 프레임의 후방 양쪽 끝에 위치하는 2개의 뒷 바퀴; 상기 메인 프레임의 전방 양쪽 끝에 위치하는 2개의 앞 바퀴; 상기 메인 프레임의 후방 부근에 일측이 고정되고 타측이 상하로 움직이는 커팅 프레임; 상기 커팅 프레임의 타측 부근에 커팅축이 위치하고, 상기 커팅축 양쪽 끝에 끼워질 수 있는 커팅날; 및 상기 메인 프레임과 전방으로 연결되고, 탈부착이 가능하며, 상기 집진 커버 부착을 위한 제 2 집진커버 고정핀이 존재하는 전방 프레임를 포함하되, 상기 스마트 바닥 커팅기가 나아가는 방향이 상기 전방에 해당하고, 상기 스마트 바닥 커팅기가 나아가는 반대 방향이 상기 후방에 해당한다.
