APPARATUS OF MANUFACTURING RECYCLED AGGREGATES DERIVED FROM CONSTRUCTION WASTE
One aspect of the present invention provides a device for manufacturing improved recycled aggregates, including: a crushing and sorting device equipped with a crushing means and a sorting means for crushing and sorting construction waste to produce recycled aggregates with a controlled average particle size; a reaction tank that neutralizes the recycled aggregates selected in the crushing and sorting device with an aqueous sulfuric acid solution, and is equipped with a discharge device and an inclined plate; and a precipitation tank for precipitating and removing suspended matter generated in the reaction tank.
본 발명의 일 측면은 건축폐기물을 파쇄 및 선별하여 평균입도가 조절된 순환골재를 제조하는 파쇄수단 및 선별수단이 구비된 파쇄선별장치; 상기 파쇄선별장치에서 선별된 순환골재를 황산수용액으로 중화하고, 배출장치 및 경사판이 구비된 반응수조; 및 상기 반응수조에서 생성된 부유물을 침전하여 제거하는 침전수조;를 포함하는, 개량 순환골재의 제조장치를 제공한다.
